Erica has conducted hundreds of investigations over the last decade. She offers discreet, impartial external investigation support for businesses, non-profit organizations, and government agencies.

Conflict Resolution

A fresh set of eyes can reveal hidden factors driving a conflict. Erica offers hands-on, facilitated conflict resolution discussions for groups of 2-4 employees. She meets individually with everyone involved first, learning about their experiences and helping them to clarify their thoughts. Then, she facilitates a group discussion, ensuring that all parties are heard and treated with respect. 

For groups of 5 or more employees, Erica offers workplace climate scans. She interviews employees individually, analyzes the aggregated feedback to extract themes, and makes recommendations for addressing their concerns.
