About Erica

Erica cares about getting HR matters right. Her decade of investigatory experience began when she was a trial attorney for the Oregon Public Defender. She handled both misdemeanor and felony criminal matters with care and compassion.

She went on to serve as the Title IX coordinator for Portland Community College, investigating and resolving allegations of sex discrimination and sexual misconduct. She also worked in labor relations for the largest nonprofit health system in the US (Kaiser Permanente) and as an internal investigator for a Fortune 500 financial technology company (Block, Inc.).

Erica holds a certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigators.

When she’s not investigating or resolving workplace conflicts, Erica can be found rock climbing, hiking, baking, walking her dog, and birdwatching.
